## 1. Panel Size Compatibility: Min/Max Boundaries
Our Demark packaging equipment is designed to help factories reduce labor cost and increase working efficiency. 98% of the panels can be fed onto our Demark packaging line. 

*   **Maximum Panel Dimensions:** Our carton cutting machine used fan-fold (Z-fold or continuous) cardboard, the length of the panels is unlimited. The width is from 180-2400mm. 98% of your panels can be packed by our Demark packaging equipment. 
*   **Minimum Panel Dimensions:** High-precision carton cutting machine can cut many sizes carton, the length must over 100mm, width must over 50mm。
*   **Thickness Range:** Typically processes panel thicknesses ranging from **18mm to 1000mm**, accommodating both thin backboards and thick honeycombed desktop panels.

## 2. Flexible Production & Automated Changeover (Batch-Size-1)
For modern mass-customization and "Batch-Size-1" business models, manual machine adjustment during product changeovers creates massive bottlenecks.

Our advanced packaging equipment utilizes **servo-motor-driven automatic dimension scanning**:
*   **The Workflow:** Demark has automatic measurement station to confirm the package size, then the data is transferred to the carton cutting machine to cut the suitable size carton. Or we have a more economic one, after software integrate with your ERP/MES system, workers only need to scan the QR code on the panels and fill in the panel layers, then the carton cutting machine will cut automatically. 
*   **Zero-Downtime Adjustment:** The Demark carton cutting machine will adjust the sizes of package within **1 to 2 seconds**. Fully-automatic, do not need manual adjustment.

## 3. Smart Factory Integration: ERP & MES Connectivity
A standalone machine is an information island. Modern furniture factories require seamless industrial internet integration.

Our machinery controllers support standard communication protocols (**Modbus TCP, Profinet, and OPC UA**), allowing the packaging line to communicate directly with your factory's **MES (Manufacturing Execution System)** and **ERP**:
*   **Data Synchronization:** Our packaging equipment can dock with your MES and ERP system to read data and then running automatically. 
*   **Labeling Automation:** After the carton is being cut, the labeling machine will print the package label for workers to identify. 

## 4. Automated Edge & Corner Protection
The edges and corners of flat-packed panel furniture (RTA/Ready-to-Assemble) are highly vulnerable to impact during transit.

To prevent returns and transit damage, our integrated lines feature:
*   **Automatic Foam/Corrugated Corner Placement:** We needs a skilled worker to place corner protectors to protect the panel corners and edges to reduce shipping damages. 
*   **Overlapping Carton Folding:** Factories can use their own protective materials to protect corners and edges. Our carton cutting machine accepts to change the protective corner thickness to fit the package perfectly.
